BEING A VEGETARIAN - WHY AND HOW


     This recording is an actual classroom setting discussion and demonstration regarding the reasons why one would consider taking up a more pure and healthy vegetarian diet.

     The discussion is being led by Swami Sadasivananda, and participants were students, faculty and friends of Stetson University in the USA.

     The information within this discussion about the benefits and harmful effects of the foods that we consume daily are of great value not only to those wishing to become a vegetarian, but equally important for those who simply want to become more healthy, feel better and live longer.
